Letting Process Viewings are conducted by our experienced full time members of staff. Once potential tenants have been sourced we carry out a full and comprehensive reference check. We then draw up a lease and all associated legal paperwork for the tenants to sign. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is paid by tenants prior to the signing of the lease agreement. We also prepare a full written inventory as well as a digital video inventory, and at move in we transfer all utilities into the tenant’s name. Management Our property management team is available during working hours to deal with any repairs or problems that may arise. We also have an emergency number which tenants can contact in the case of an emergency outwith office hours. Financial Management Our accounts department deals with the collection of rents and deposits. Rental payments are paid monthly to landlord’s nominated accounts. A monthly statement is sent to landlords detailing fee deductions and any further deductions for property repairs in order that you can keep track of your finances.
