Since formation in 1997, Letting Solutions has grown rapidly to become by far the largest residential letting and property management agency in West Lothian. This has happened because we put our clients, both tenants and landlords/investors first. Although most of our properties are in West Lothian we cover some other areas such as Edinburgh and Falkirk/Grangemouth.

We are an independent company, not a franchise, with long standing local experience and contacts. Service, safety and security are key words for both tenants and landlord/investors in their involvement in property rental, and we are totally committed to providing this environment for all our clients.

Our membership of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) - a lettings industry-wide accreditation body  - offers peace of mind to tenants and landlords/investors through the knowledge that they are dealing with a firm which provides defined levels of customer service. We also have the necessary insurances and stability to protect our clients' moneys such as tenants' deposits, rent etc. We have built our reputation by providing a quality of service that is second to none, but at the same our charges are very competitive. We deal with people as individuals, each with their own particular requirements as tenants or landlords/investors.

As a client of Letting Solutions, whether tenant or landlord/investor - you don't pay us a penny in fees until we have delivered the service requested. There are no up front fees. For the convenience and security of our clients we offer a 7 day emergency service together with extensive normal business hours for other matters. Our custom designed offices in Livingston Village have plenty of free parking space.
