Splendid Property is aimed exclusively at the vibrant Edinburgh property lettings market and specialises in both short, 'festival lets' and more conventional long-term lettings. Our aim is to create a unique service that fulfils the needs of both landlord and tenant by concentrating on what really matters to both parties. Splendid is distinctive because it actively promotes the placing of students as tenants. Experience has proved that if students are sourced and managed correctly they can become the most considerate and respectful of tenants.

The original Splendid company has for 8 years been succesfully involved in event & project management based in Edinburgh and London. The Edinburgh branch of Splendid employs hundreds of students the vast majority of whom rent property locally. Splendid works with Landlords to maximise the rental yields on their investment properties, but at the same time looks after the tenants correctly and efficiently throughout their tenancy, so that they reciprocate by treating the rented property with an appropriate level of care and respect.
